Our office utilizes an advanced online management system that allows clients to scan and upload supporting documents to their own personalized page. It also includes real time messaging to our attorneys, detailed questionnaires and the ability to stay updated on your status. Our unique system helps quicken the assembly of your petition while lessening the chance of rejection due to error.

Our office aims at a 100% success for each client in their first attempt of achieving Adjustment of Status. We will maintain constant communication with you and advise you of any additional documentation required for a complete submission. We provide secure and timely methods to transmit documents for attorney review before submitting the completed petition.

Step 3: Assembly of Work Permit (I-765) and Advanced Parole (I-131) Petitions (if applicable)

If necessary, we will prepare the application for work authorization and advanced parole as part of our Adjustment of Status package. These petitions will be prepared with the same thoroughness and attention as the I-485 Petition and will be submitted together.

Step 4: USCIS Submission

Once all documents have been collected, our attorneys will complete a meticulous review to ensure full submission before the package is sent to USCIS. Through our online management system, we will keep in constant communication with you regarding any USCIS contact and petition progress.

Step 5: Ongoing Support and Guidance

Unlike a lot of other “form mill” firms, our office takes a personalized approach to each case that goes beyond just paperwork. We understand the anxiety and stress that occurs during this process and therefore welcome any questions or concerns you may have. All clients will have 24 hour access to their private and secure webpage to check status, submit questions or feedback to their attorney and read more about the process.

Step 6: Interview Preparation

Our attorneys will provide support and counsel in completing, reviewing and assembling all necessary materials to prepare for the USCIS interview. We will be able to answer questions you may have about the interview and provide a guideline of possible questions that may be asked.
